Job Title : Digital IT Relations Manager – ATR Digital Transformation Department.

Job Overview

ATR, the world’s leading aircraft manufacturer in regional aviation, is seeking a manager to govern the IT relationship between ATR and Airbus. The role focuses on strategy alignment, service delivery, incident resolution, and project coordination within the Digital User Support service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage governance of ATR's IT relationship with Airbus, contributing to strategy definition.
  • Ensure operational maintenance of Airbus IT services used by ATR.
  • Approve and monitor ATR IT requests to Airbus in accordance with Airbus authorisations.
  • Facilitate communication between ATR and Airbus to accelerate response to ATR needs.
  • Monitor and approve IT service levels (SLAs, incidentology) provided by Airbus.
  • Track financial and budgetary aspects of IT purchase requests/orders with Airbus.
  • Communicate major changes to ATR users regarding Airbus IS.
  • Assist in resolving major ATR/Airbus incidents and help with escalation for faster resolution.
  • Implement Airbus IT solutions on ATR SI (new solutions, upgrades, replacements).
  • Monitor and supervise mapping of ATR SI within Airbus and the interfaces with ATR IT.
  • Support Methods & Tools for ATR Business.
  • Coordinate projects within the Digital User Support ATR service.
  • Assist the Saint‑Martin User Support Unit.
  • Monitor the ATR Decommissioning Application Roadmap at Airbus.
  • Ensure completeness of Airbus applications used by ATR, alert stakeholders on decommissioning dates, and manage transition when an application is decommissioned.
  • Prepare necessary budgets for decommissioning activities.

Qualifications

  • Field of study : Information & Technology, digitalisation.
  • Experience : Digital project management.
  • Technical skills : Strong appetite for digital world and emerging technologies.
  • Soft skills : Organized, methodical, ambitious, determined, capable of understanding complex ecosystems and monitoring their evolution; likes challenges and is curious to learn new technologies.
  • Fluency in English and French (Italian is a plus).
