Job Overview

This position is a Data Manager in the Digital Directorate at ATR, responsible for overseeing an internal data team and defining data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4 data professionals.
• Define, monitor, and report on the data budget and orders.
• Establish a technical roadmap for data, currently including SAP BW, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, HP Ezmeral, and other emerging technologies to ensure secure and accessible data.
• Lead data governance, including classification, traceability, sharing, and catalog management in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Participate in the management of information‑system outsourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in data and IT infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of on‑premises and Azure cloud environments, Microsoft tools, and data tooling.
• Experience in data architecture, data methodology, and governance.
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and innovative mindset.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
