We are looking for a Head of CADM to join our Commercial Directorate in Fatima’s team, a team of 18 collaborators.

Your Mission
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Acceptance and Delivery Managers.
- Prepare and organize customer visits and buyback sessions in close cooperation with production groups.
- Track concessions and QLB treatments.
- Act as the technical focal point for customers during pre‑FAL, FAL, and delivery phases.
- Organize periodic meetings with customers regarding aircraft progress in terms of technical advancement, QLB treatment progress, and customer rejections.
- Lead the Delivery Acceptance Process on the technical side, in close cooperation with the Customer Program Director (CPD).
- Work closely with the CPD in case of major issues that impact planning or require commercial negotiation.
- Generate feedback loop reviews with Quality to avoid repetitive items.
- Drive the implementation of corrective actions in cooperation with FAL stations, production groups, and support functions to prevent recurrence.
About you
- Engineering or aeronautics studies.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Technical knowledge of aircraft architecture (knowledge of ATR products is a plus).
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles.
- Strong leadership and ability to find the best compromise between ATR interests and customers’ requests.
- Fluency in English and French (Italian a plus).
