Role: Ground Test Operator – Quality Directorate
Join our Quality Directorate in Mohamed El Banaoui’s team as a Ground Test Operator, acting as a navigation functional test referent on the B customization line.
Responsibilities
- Represent QOM on night shifts and act as QOM back‑up when absent.
- Define and arbitrate priorities with FALs’ TLs and support professions.
- Serve as the technical reference for partners and subcontractors.
- Execute test procedures and certify compliance, actively participate in product and activity monitoring.
- Perform inspection operations and document assembly anomalies.
- Escalate events for analysis by quality assurance.
- Validate and certify the conformity of each aircraft in the file according to the test procedures planned or relaunched by FRE.
- Manage test procedures with assistants, report defects, and trace necessary retakes.
- Ensure safety of all tests.
- Monitor and resolve reported and repetitive assembly anomalies.
- Record assembly anomalies detected under SAP.
- Report and remove FOD before closing.
- Check restoration and ensure conformity to plans or tolerances.
- Know the rules for installing systems on board aircraft, including assembly precautions, routing, segregations, etc.
- Ensure monitoring of the aircraft file and participation in process analyses.
- Increment the airplane folder for archiving.
- Take responsibility for area closures and follow up on cases.
- Certify the different control phases in the SAP tool.
- Report difficulties to superiors, especially in case of schedule deviations.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in the aeronautics industry.
- Knowledge of production activity and a global vision of the ATR industrial process and aircraft systems.
- Experience with SAP PGI and ATR standards (ST3, ST5, ST7).
- Mastery of documents M‑033 and M‑071, mastery of GED access, and knowledge of tools ACPNG, Excel, Word, and workshop files.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
