Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) and ensure the renewal of ATR’s ISO 14001 certification.
- Define and drive the company’s eco-design strategy and contribute to the sustainability roadmap.
- Lead and continuously enhance EMS at corporate level across all business processes, deploying the environmental roadmap.
- Conduct environmental analyses, manage environmental impacts and risk prevention.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual environmental performance reporting.
- Lead internal and external audit programs in collaboration with the Quality department; ensure follow-up and closure of findings.
- Prepare and facilitate environmental management reviews and create communication/awareness materials (internal and external).
- Maintain environmental documentation and conduct employee awareness activities to foster a company-wide environmental culture.
- Coordinate and energize the environmental network in collaboration with Quality and Health & Safety teams.
- Strengthen alignment between the Quality Management System and EMS to improve overall business performance.
- Define and drive the eco-design strategy; deploy structured approaches to integrate eco-design and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) into product development standards; measure environmental benefits of initiatives.
About you / Qualifications
- Field of study: Environment and/or QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) Management System, Ecodesign.
- Experience: at least 5 to 7 years in a similar role within an industrial environment; experience in EMS and ideally in a matrix organization.
- 5 years of experience in eco-design.
- Technical skills: solid expertise in environmental regulatory frameworks, EMS and ISO 14001 in the aerospace industry; proven experience in eco-design and LCA; strong knowledge of engineering processes in aeronautics; proficient in MS Office; CSR experience and ISO 9001/EN9100 is a plus.
- Soft skills: excellent communication and teamwork in a matrix environment; analytical mindset and problem-solving; autonomous, curious, proactive, rigorous with attention to detail; ability to prioritize in a multi-stakeholder setting; fluent in English and French.
