Mission Details

• Follow-up & management of technical in‑service issues affecting the fleet: gather data & feedback from operators, root cause analysis & solution development, retrofit management.
  • Management of technical documents & supportive communication toward operators
  • Preparation & participation to customer events: webinar/conference.
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes & subjects follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Attending a master’s degree
• Knowledge in aeronautical engineering & maintenance, project management, database, continuous improvement / lean.
• You are curious, customer oriented, analytic mind, have a good sense of organization & coordination.
• English & French proficiency.
• You know how to use the Office pack, Power BI is a plus.
