Assortment Planning Lead – Western Europe

Pandora is seeking an Assortment Planning Manager to translate global assortment into a locally relevant cluster offer for Western Europe. You will own forecasting, budgeting by collection, and product investment strategies while aligning with global strategy and brand framework.

You will lead category reviews, drive stock efficiency, and influence development priorities across merchandising, marketing, and retail teams, ensuring data-driven decisions and strong collaboration with Global Office.
