Associates / Vice Presidents

Your role:

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic transactions
• Oversee the production of key deliverables and ensure the quality of analyses delivered to clients
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, advisors and counterparties throughout the process
• Play an active role in the firm's business development and origination activities

What we're looking for:

• 4+ year experience in M&A / investment banking
• Experience executing mid to large-cap transactions
• Strong analytical skills and advanced financial modelling, valuation and financial statements analysis capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset, drive, commitment and a collaborative spirit in a meritocratic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
