Associate Technical Solutions Engineer
As an Associate Technical Solutions Engineer within the Global Client Operations Center (GCOC), you will work with a team focused on implementing technology solutions that help clients achieve their goals. The position supports client operations and contributes to improving internal processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Catalog, OneTag, Quality Score, GTM, and ECPs.
- Handle basic web integration tasks including tag checks, feed checks, and pre-launch verification tickets.
- Investigate and troubleshoot standard product issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance and build new tools and operational processes.
- Build strong working relationships with Operations and Commercial teams.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Engineering or technical background with a computer science related degree.
- Comfortable solving problems in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset.
- Team-oriented and open to sharing and receiving feedback.
- Interest in digital media, internet technologies, and continuous learning.
