CSAP – EMEA Associate Sales Representative – France

Target start date: March 1, 2027.

Training locations: Year 1 – Amsterdam; Year 2 – Paris, France.

Program Overview

The CSAP Graduate Program is a 12‑month accelerator that develops high‑potential individuals into Sales Champions through a blend of Education, Exposure, and Experience.

  • Month 1–3: Immersive bootcamp training in the Amsterdam Hub.
  • Month 3–12: Three rotational assignments in real‑world sales combined with quarterly competency checkpoints.
  • Post‑completion: Transition into an Inside Account Executive role in France to drive customer outcomes and build global relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Cisco Associate Solutions Engineers to design technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Apply AI‑first methodologies to improve decision‑making and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Build and nurture client relationships while uncovering new opportunities.
  • Represent Cisco’s core capabilities across Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud.

Minimum Requirements

  • Recent undergraduate or postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience (≤ 2 years).
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Legally authorised to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.
  • Willing to relocate to Amsterdam for 12‑month training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, STEM, or Management; non‑traditional backgrounds such as Liberal Arts, Humanities, or Social Sciences are welcomed.
  • Strong critical thinking, digital fluency, and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Socially native technology enthusiasm and proficiency with AI tools.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal tenacity, effective at building high‑trust relationships.
  • Commercial resilience and the ability to handle obstacles while staying focused on revenue targets.
  • Masterful storytelling and negotiation capabilities that align client challenges with Cisco solutions.
