Associate Product Manager, Oncology Marketing, France (H/F)
At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life‑changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking an Associate Product Manager, Oncology Marketing, France to join our marketing team and support our France affiliate. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of the local brand strategy and support future launches while collaborating with sales teams and cross‑functional partners.

- Contract: 12‑month fixed‑term (CDD)
Discover Your Role
- Support brand strategy through market analysis and customer insights
- Drive execution of local brand plans and marketing initiatives
- Develop promotional materials for sales force and digital channels
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize campaign execution
- Partner with Sales Managers on field plans and communications
- Prepare presentations for internal meetings and sales events
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate across teams to align and deliver outcomes
This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science‑related field
- 24 years of biotech or pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Experience working within a France affiliate environment
- Strong project management and multi‑tasking capabilities
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance codes and regulations
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
- Willingness to travel 20%
- Experience in Oncology marketing (preferred)
