Associate Principal: Delivering organizational strategy and transformation initiatives, with an accent on operating model design, organizational structure, and governance processes. Focus on leading large-scale business transformation, change management, and advising senior executives on complex business challenges.

What you will do

• Lead transformation interventions leveraging expertise in organizational design, strategy implementation, and change management.
• Manage engagement delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, project scope, and profitability.
• Interface with senior and executive clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop business and lead proposals, growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Proactively enhance our solutions' approach, tools, and skill sets.

Requirements

• A relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus relevant work experience in a consultancy or client HR/OD function, or significant work experience in a top-tier professional services firm.
• Substantial experience solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation interventions.
• Significant experience in change management and leading project teams.
• Significant business acumen and experience advising senior executives on business challenges.
• Technical depth in cultural transformation, people strategy, top team development, or organization design.
• Experience working across countries and geographies in complex, multinational workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience of using organizational analytical tools (e.g. OrgVue, Dynaplan).
