Associate People Partner - Global Team Leadership

Electra is building Europe's largest fast-charging network and seeks an Associate People Business Partner to support leaders across nine countries. You will coach Team Leads, shape people processes, and drive talent initiatives in a matrix, international setup.

You\'ll partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition, leverage tools like Lucca, Teamtailor, Notion and Claude, and help deploy performance, mobility and leadership programs in a dynamic, growth-focused environment in Paris and
