Your Mission

As a Partner based in Paris , you will collaborate with fellow Partners to shape the future of the PLM practice:

• Strategic Growth : Expand client relationships at C-suite level, strengthen the firm’s position in existing industries, and drive entry into new high-potential sectors.
• Innovation Leadership : Bring thought leadership on digital PLM, AI, and Industry 4.0, ensuring clients adopt the most advanced tools and methodologies.
• Programme Direction : Oversee complex, international transformation programmes, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Practice Development : Refine and diversify the PLM service portfolio, aligning with emerging trends in sustainability, circularity, and advanced manufacturing.
• Talent Growth : Mentor and empower consultants, fostering the next generation of PLM leaders.
• Firm Strategy : Play an active role in shaping the firm’s broader growth and long-term vision.
