As Associate Commercial Operations Manager your role focuses on driving customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and regional revenue growth.Your role oversees customer service and inventory management while partnering closely with Sales leaders and internal functions.The manager will help improve core business processes, align resources with territory priorities, and strengthen commercial execution.This is a fast-paced role with the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives and support the future growth of the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of field inventory needs, partnering with Sales leadership to plan effectively for revenue opportunities, customer demand, and new distribution needs
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales and internal teams to optimize instrument and implant configurations, support forecasting, demand planning, logistics, and new product launches
  • Monitor, report, and manage field inventory performance, including inventory levels, product movement, slow-moving/excess/expired stock, and realignment plans across locations
  • Lead Customer Service and Inventory Management teams, driving a collaborative culture focused on customer service excellence and strong internal responsiveness.
  • Improve OTC performance by developing KPIs, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring efficient and flawless order execution.
  • Ensure compliance and process excellence by maintaining ERP/JDE and CRM processes, supporting audits, strengthening SOX controls, and overseeing customer complaint management

What You Bring:

  • University Degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • 1 year experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in a Consumption-based model in the medical devices industry is desired
  • People's person and great communicator
