The Role

We are looking for a strong French-qualified lawyer to support our arbitration-related litigation work, particularly before French courts.

The role is suited to someone who combines:

• strong technical litigation skills,
• sound procedural judgment,
• and genuine interest in international disputes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership of the team on sophisticated matters involving arbitration, enforcement strategy, annulment proceedings, and related cross-border litigation issues.

Areas of Work

The role may involve:

• Enforcement and recognition proceedings
• Annulment proceedings before the Paris courts
• Arbitration-related interim measures
• Jurisdictional and procedural issues linked to international arbitration
• Coordination with foreign counsel and international legal teams
• Research and drafting on French procedural and arbitration law issues

Depending on profile and experience, the role may also involve exposure to broader international arbitration work.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Admitted to the Paris Bar
• Strong academic background
• Excellent written and oral French and English

Experience

• 3–7 years of relevant experience preferred
• Prior experience in arbitration-related litigation strongly valued
• Experience in an international disputes practice, litigation boutique, or arbitration team is particularly welcome
