ASSOCIATE – INSTITUTIONAL CLIENT SERVICING (PRIVATE MARKETS)
Snipe RH is supporting a leading European private markets platform in strengthening its Investor Relations / Client Servicing team dedicated to institutional investors.
In a context of sustained growth and increasing service expectations, we are seeking a profile able to embody best-in-class client service standards , working directly with top-tier institutional investors.
The Role
You will act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of institutional investors (insurance companies, pension funds, financial institutions,FO...), with high exposure and significant stakes.
Beyond core responsibilities, this role requires the ability to combine:

- and high interpersonal intelligence in complex environments
You will operate in a demanding, evolving organization where the ability to take ownership, unblock situations, and deliver is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with institutional investors, ensuring the highest standards of responsiveness, accuracy, and service quality
- Oversee and secure investment flows (capital calls, distributions, documentation), often involving significant ticket sizes
- Produce and supervise investor deliverables (reporting, due diligence materials, presentations) with a high level of precision
- Work closely with Investment, Finance, and Operations teams in a collaborative, solution-oriented manner
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a high-potential individual combining rigor, maturity, and a strong sense of ownership.
- 2–5 years of experience in institutional environments (private equity, private debt)
- Proven exposure to institutional clients (no retail / distribution profiles)
- Alternatively, investment professionals (Analyst/Associate) seeking a genuine and long-term transition into client servicing / IR
You stand out for your:

- entrepreneurial mindset : hands-on, proactive, able to move topics forward independently
- ability to challenge and drive cross-functional initiatives
Fluent English & French is mandatory; an additional language is a plus.
