They are currently seeking an Associate Director – Start up – office based in Paris

Job Overview

• Leading cross-functional project teams globally for the assigned studies in start up phase
• Assuring adherence to Good Clinical Practices, investigator integrity, and compliance with all study procedures.
• Monitor study timelines, patient recruitment, budget at Start up phase
• Line manage a team of Start up specialists based in France

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree in life-science
• Min 5 years experience as a line manager in start up within a CRO
• Experience in commercial studies in start up stage
• Experience in clinical studies phase II-III
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills
• FTE: 1.0
