About the Role

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is hiring a General Dentist for our Charlotte, NC location to serve our Medicaid patient population. This is a high-impact, community-focused role for a clinician who wants to make a real difference — backed by a fully staffed office and a team!

What You’ll Do

• Provide exams, restorative dentistry, extractions, root canals, dentures, etc.
• Serve patients of all ages enrolled in NC Medicaid / NC Health Choice
• Document treatment and develop care plans in compliance with NC Medicaid guidelines
• Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff for smooth patient flow

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active NC dental license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Enrolled or willing to enroll as an NC Medicaid provider
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience with Medicaid, FQHC, or community health patients
