Responsibilities
- Join a winning team and work directly with seasoned partners.
- Span the entire litigation lifecycle: initial case assessment through final judgment.
- Develop expertise in contract disputes, business litigation, construction law, and trade‑secret matters.
- Leverage cutting‑edge technology and AI tools for research and case management.
- Handle complex civil litigation matters with increasing independence.
- Develop advanced legal research, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Take and defend depositions with strategic focus.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, building courtroom skills.
- Build strong client relationships through direct communication and case management.
- Gain comprehensive trial preparation experience with attention to strategic detail.
- Develop advocacy skills in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Master Illinois civil procedure to maximize client advantages.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of civil litigation experience with a desire for continued growth.

- Interest in mastering Illinois civil procedure and strategic case development.
- Some experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
- Detail‑oriented case management and ability to handle multiple matters.
- Team‑player mentality with strong collaboration skills.
- Technological proficiency and enthusiasm for AI integration.

- Illinois Bar admission in good standing.
Compensation
