Associate / AVP / VP – Infrastructure Investment (Paris)

We are working with a leading European infrastructure investor to hire into its Paris-based investment team. The platform manages multi-billion-euro capital across core and value-add strategies, with a strong track record investing across energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport, and essential services.

The team is continuing to grow off the back of an active deployment period and is looking to add high-calibre talent across Associate, AVP, and VP levels.

The Role

You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, including:

• Evaluating new investment opportunities across core infrastructure and energy transition
• Building and reviewing complex financial models
• Supporting due diligence processes and working closely with advisors
• Preparing investment committee materials
• Engaging with portfolio companies and supporting value creation initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Top-performing candidates with c.3–7 years’ experience from investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or real assets is beneficial but not essential
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-performance, fast pased, and collaborative environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and skills
• English and/or European languages. French language skills are helpful but not required
