Associate

Our client, a leading mid-market Private Equity fund with a broad investment mandate, is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join its Paris-based investment team.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of investments across a variety of sectors, including origination, evaluation, and transaction execution.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation work, commercial assessment, and due diligence processes.
• Prepare investment materials for internal committees and participate in discussions with management teams, advisors, and co-investors.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring and contribute to strategic and operational value creation initiatives across existing investments.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals on all stages of the investment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, M&A, or leveraged finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
