Assistant Store Manager

Pronovias Group, headquartered in Barcelona, is a pioneering global bridal brand.

We are recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for our LA store. The role involves delivering a unique shopping experience aligned with Pronovias standards and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster team motivation and growth to guarantee profitability.
• Distribute and share setup objectives with the store team, monitor closely.
• Manage the store team timetable, absences, and reporting.
• Coordinate and ensure the implementation of projects and development plans for the store team.
• Monitor store inventory results.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor the sales team to guarantee excellent customer service.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor the atelier team to ensure product quality and timely delivery, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
• Supervise the after-sales period (fitting, delivery, ironing, refit) for each dress, ensuring client satisfaction during planned fittings.
• Collaborate with sales consultants to provide professional advice and assist customers in decision making.
• Provide updated store status information to the Store Manager for decision making.
• Manage daily appointment planning, fittings, and tasks to ensure correct organization with resources, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
• Control available stock to minimize inventory, adjust orders per customer requests, and inform staff about possible adjustments in products, prices, IT, etc.
• Ensure a global store image, adhering to company policy and acting as a PRONOVIAS ambassador.

Requirements

• Good academic background in business and/or fashion designing.
• 5-7 years of experience as Assistant Store Manager in a bridal or luxury ready-to-wear brand, managing large teams.
• Experience managing P&L, working with KPIs, and advanced Excel skills (analytics, reporting, action plan development).
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
