Assistant Project Manager - Industrial Projects (Apprentice)

Job Description Summary

• In a context of strong business growth in the USA, marked by the receipt of a large volume of new orders, the team is strengthening its project organization.
• To support the management and implementation of industrial projects while meeting quality, cost, timeline, and customer satisfaction requirements, we are recruiting an Assistant Project Manager Apprentice.
• The apprentice will support project managers on projects with a strong industrial and international dimension, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders based in the USA.

Missions / Responsibilities

• Assist the USA project management team in planning, monitoring, and coordinating projects.
• Manage documentation in support of the Lead Project Managers from the commercial handover phase through execution: prepare and update internal and client reports, dashboards, tools, and client‑specific documents.
• Participate in the preparation and facilitation of internal project meetings with the various factory departments, and contribute to project coordination.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across client portfolios according to their specific requirements.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Fluent English.
• Strong attention to detail in tracking actions, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ability to summarize and structure information.
