Job Overview
As the Assistant Product Commercialisation Manager you will drive new product execution and sales across EMEA and ANZ, partner with Product Managers and regional teams, support business opportunity conversion, identify white‑space opportunities, build relationships across regions, and implement Excess & Obsolete initiatives. You will also develop a deep understanding of the outdoor product portfolio and drive best‑in‑class execution in local markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive new product execution and sales across EMEA and ANZ by partnering with Product Managers, Regional Sales Teams, and Regional Trade Marketing teams.
- Support regional teams in converting new business opportunities, driving actions to win new business, identifying white‑space opportunities, and guiding the right product proposition.
- Build relationships with regional teams, central marketing and central product managers.
- Assist with tracking and implementing Excess & Obsolete initiatives (E&O).
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the outdoor product portfolio across multiple brands and regions.
- Drive best‑in‑class execution in local markets through effective collaboration with EMEA ANZ Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams at both central and local levels.
Qualifications
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to travel across Europe to meet with various external and internal stakeholders.
- Early career experience within a sales or commercial environment.
- Analytical approach, drive to achieve results and enjoy responsibility.
- A full, clean driver’s licence.
