Au sein de la Succursale Française de Lombard Odier Europe S.

A, basé à Paris, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :**VOTRE MISSION :**

  • Participation à la préparation des rendez-vous des banquiers (reportings, documentation, …)
  • Participation au suivi commercial : saisie des informations dans le CRM suite à ses contacts avec le client, comité d’entrée en relation
  • Préparation des dossiers d'ouverture : vérification de la validité et de la complétude des dossiers clients (comptes titres, PEA; crédit; contrat d’assurance-vie),
  • Mise à jour des dossiers clients pour amélioration de la conformité (CRS, Facta, KYC, suitability …)
  • Prise en charge des instructions clients : virements, chèques, transfert; opérations d’assurance vie : arbitrage, versement, …
  • Gestion des relations clients : e-mail, courrier, états fiscaux, welcome pack, reportings non complexes
  • Suivi des états quotidiens : positions clients, comptes débiteurs, DDG, commission de gestion
  • Crédits : suivi des déblocages, virements, documentation,
  • Contrôles à postériori des opérations passées et saisies des autres départements**VOTRE PROFIL :**
  • De formation Bac +2/3, avec une première expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans le secteur financier.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des opérations bancaires & financières, et de la fiscalité du particulier.
