Overview
France Air is a French company specializing in indoor air quality solutions. The position involves ensuring client satisfaction by managing the operational interface between the company and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Validate the client order’s validity and compliance.
- Enter orders into the ERP system.
- Organize shipment flows and proactively manage any lead‑time changes.
- Communicate by phone to inform clients about order status, possible deadline changes, and delivery updates.
- Create purchase orders for suppliers while following procedures and proposing the best solution to improve customer service and optimise flow.
- Track procurements until the goods are correctly received.
- Verify supplier receipt confirmations against purchase orders (items, prices, deadlines) and address anomalies.
- Plan and organise material delivery while ensuring agreed deadlines with the client.
- Handle disputes and RMA for exports and solutions, issuing invoices and credit notes.
- Inform clients whenever there is a change in the order deadline.
Qualifications
- Holder of a BAC +2 in administration or commerce.
- Significant experience in a similar function within an industrial or supply‑chain environment.
- Strong relational skills and mastery of remote client‑relationship rules; responsiveness and rigor are essential.
- Comfortable using an order/commerce management software.
