Conditions

• Salary: 2000–2300 EUR gross
• Hours: 35 hrs per week
• Location: Canéjan
• Contract: Renewable temporary
• Duration: 4 months, immediate start

Profil recherché

Responsibilities:

• Record supplier invoices (300‑400 per month)
• Match invoices with delivery notes
• Process supplier payments
• Declare VAT
• Tax control
• Prepare financial statements (account checks, etc.)
• Quarterly interim status
• Issue circularisation
• Record new hires in the company (allowances, BTP, URSSAF, VM tracking)
• Prepare payroll (time control, TR, absences…)
• Other administrative tasks related to the role
