Job Description

Assistant commercial within BMW Distribution, supporting the commercial team in administrative processes and customer satisfaction from vehicle order to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with the Administrative Service to ensure proper procedural application.
• Prepare administrative dossiers from order to vehicle delivery, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure administrative delivery of the vehicle, including registration and invoicing of new and used vehicles.
• Carry out mandatory administrative procedures and follow the customer's order until delivery.
• Maintain and update client files in Salesforce.
• Notify client complaints to the sales team.
• Leverage client contacts to promote vehicle, parts, accessories and service offerings.
• Input delivery data following manufacturer instructions (DeliveryApp).
• Prepare commercial statistics and regular activity reports.
• Coordinate and optimize administrative processes within the service.
• Schedule appointments, maintain order and delivery planning.
• Ensure payment of manufacturer bonuses.
• Issue client invoices and collect payments from customers and financing companies.
• Process reimbursement requests and manage financial flows.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac/Bac+2 level of education.
• Proven experience in customer relations.
• Strong organizational and rigorous approach.
• Good team spirit and listening ability.
• Reactivity and adaptability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of BMW/MINI tools and methods (TNR, INCADEA, S-GATE, etc.) is an advantage.
