As an assistant in the Business Analyst‑Merchandising team within Retail Performance, you will support your manager in all quantitative follow‑ups: sales figures, special projects, reporting and products, in cooperation with Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of weekly/monthly reports and contribute to the creation of synthesis documents.
• Implement and update sales tracking by product, region and collection.
• Track and analyze new launches.
• Produce ad‑hoc analyses for special projects.
• Update performance tracking.
• Consolidate and analyze sales data.
• Conduct ad‑hoc studies.
• Support price management, product coding, and system updates.
• Support development and update assortment by region.
• Monitor processes and allocate products and sales tools.
• Order products from Parfums Christian Dior.
• Collaborate on the creation of sales tools (product catalogues, forms, internal orders).
• Support preparation of 360° action plans on products/projects retail related to perfumes.

Qualifications

• Student at Bac+4/5 level.
• Experience in Business Analysis/Merchandising.
• Analytical profile and strong analytical skills.
• Rigor and attention to detail.
• Responsive, flexible, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Positive communication, relational intelligence, adaptability.
• Product sensitivity and knowledge of the luxury market.
• Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and English.

What you will learn

This internship will develop your product sensitivity and analytical skills. You will be immersed in the day‑to‑day management of a product category through its short‑term and long‑term objectives.
