Its Marketing Department invites applications for 1 position at Assistant/Associate professor Sales & BtoB Marketing (research/teaching position).
Responsibilities :
- Teaching and educational development (undergraduate, graduate and post graduate level)
- Publication in academic and professional journals
- Research Projects with companies or international institutions
- Participation in national and international calls for projects
- Student supervision and coaching
Profile and skills required :
- PhD in marketing or a related field
- Both teaching and research orientation, with a research track record in national and international journals, related to sales and commercial negotiation techniques in BtoB markets, sales engagement, key account management, international business development, solution selling and/or value based selling, social selling, stakeholder management
- Teaching experience in use of AI tools and methods to enrich the practice of functions like business developer, account manager and sales management including CRM, salesforce certification tools, Account Based Management, Hubspot, etc...
- Strong interest in collaborative research within our Marketing & New Consumption research center, especially in areas as AI application to Martketing, data-driven consumer insights, consumer perceptions and acceptance of AI and data-driven technologies
- Ability to teach courses in fluent English (French would be appreciated as well)

Compensations and benefits:
Permanent contract/ Full time
Status: Executive
Salary: to be negotiated /over 13 months / Bonuses (research, executive education, extra hours, etc.)
Paid leaves 35 days per year + 15 exemption days per year
