Buyer / Purchasing Support Consultant – HSEQ

Our client is looking for a Buyer / Purchasing Support Consultant to support its HSEQ Department at the Nanterre headquarters. The role combines purchasing back‑office activities and coordination of ICC audits , within a structured, international, and highly regulated environment.
This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive professional with experience in purchasing administration, supplier coordination, and reporting, who is comfortable working with SAP and multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing Support – HSEQ
- Management, entry, update, and follow‑up of purchase orders in SAP (MIGO) and SRM7
- Daily liaison with suppliers (e.g. APS, SGS, Bureau Veritas , and others)
- Monitoring of invoices, payment follow‑up, and resolution of discrepancies
- Preparation of reports and dashboards on orders and costs by Department or Service
- Archiving of environmental and HSEQ purchasing files
- General administrative support related to purchasing activities
ICC Coordination (Audit Management)
- Registration and tracking of ICC requests from internal requesters (Network, DCM, etc.)
- Organisation, planning, and coordination of audits with service providers and audit bodies
- Monitoring audit progress and follow‑up of results
- Communication of outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Preparation of periodic summaries and reporting
The scope of the role may be extended to other services and missions linked to the activities of the HSEQ Department.
Profile & Skills
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in purchasing administration, buyer support, or procurement back‑office
- Strong command of SAP (MIGO, SRM)
- Proven ability to manage orders, invoices, suppliers, and reporting
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in HSEQ, compliance, or audit coordination
- Previous exposure to large groups or industrial / energy environments
- Strong reporting and communication skills
