Overview

Sodiaal Fromages, the cheese division of the Sodiaal cooperative, France's leading dairy cooperative that collects and processes milk from its more than 10,000 member breeders, encompasses two activities:

- Everyday cheeses under the Entremont brand, whose administrative headquarters are located in Annecy

- Protected Designation of Origin (AOP) and regional cheeses (from the Auvergne, Aveyron, Pyrenées, Alsace, and Grand-Est regions), whose administrative headquarters are in Lyon.

The two activities represent 3,200 employees operating on around twenty cheese-making sites in France.
