The Opportunity

We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our French team and play a key role in the proactive management of a portfolio of logistics and office assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious real estate professional to gain broad exposure across all aspects of institutional asset management, working closely with Fund Managers, investors, advisors and senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute directly to value creation initiatives, portfolio performance and investment strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management & Value Creation

  • Develop and implement asset-level business plans aligned with fund objectives.
  • Drive value creation initiatives including leasing, rent reviews, lease re-gears, refurbishments and repositioning projects.
  • Conduct hold/sell analysis and support strategic asset-level decision making.
  • Monitor asset performance and identify opportunities to enhance income, value and operational efficiency.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain cash flow models and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor asset budgets and capital expenditure programmes.
  • Support quarterly valuation processes and liaise with external valuers.
  • Contribute to fund performance analysis and investor reporting.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and coordinate external advisors including property managers, leasing agents, lawyers, valuers and technical consultants.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Fund Management, Transactions, Finance, Treasury and Research & Strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders to support asset performance objectives.

Transactions & Investment Activity

  • Support due diligence and onboarding processes for acquisitions.
  • Assist with asset disposals and strategic portfolio reviews.
  • Prepare investment committee and transaction approval papers where required.

ESG & Responsible Investment

  • Implement ESG and responsible investment initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Support the delivery of fund sustainability objectives and net zero commitments.
  • Ensure ESG considerations are embedded within asset management strategies and business plans.

Investor & Client Engagement

  • Contribute to quarterly investor reporting and ad hoc client requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of board papers, investment committee recommendations and client presentations.
  • Support Fund Managers in communicating portfolio performance and strategy to investors and their advisors.

About You

  • We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded real estate professional with:
  • Demonstrate strong commercial asset management experience of 2-3 years, a background in logistics and office asset management is desired.
  • A Real Estate degree and RICS qualification (or progress towards qualification) would be advantageous.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Good understanding of leasing, landlord and tenant matters, rent reviews and lease negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
