Assembly Front-Line Leader: Drive Safety & Performance

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Front Line Leader-Assembly to manage the Assembly area, lead a team, and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost metrics. The role requires collaboration across functions and a focus on CIF within the Eaton Business System.

Responsibilities include production planning, daily coordination, reporting, training, HR coordination, and leading continuous improvement initiatives using ELSS, 5S+, and related tools.
