ASO Manager

As a top ten global app publisher with millions of users, our hits include Shorts, Astro Club and Scanner. Most of our revenue comes from in-app subscriptions in the US.
About the Role
We are looking for an ASO/SEO Manager to own and scale organic growth across all our mobile apps. You will maximize visibility, rankings, and conversion rate on the App Store and Google Play, while improving SEO performance on our web assets. This high-impact, cross-app role requires strong ownership and execution. You will define the strategy and implement it.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ASO strategy.
- Own keyword strategy across all apps and markets.
- Optimize metadata (title, subtitle, keywords, descriptions).
- Track and improve rankings.
- Identify long-tail and high-opportunity keyword gaps.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Adapt positioning and metadata by country (localization strategy).
- Optimize store conversion rate.
- Define store messaging strategy per app.
- Build and execute A/B testing roadmap (screenshots, logo, video, order, value props).
- Analyze impact on CVR and CPI.
- Create and optimize custom product pages aligned with UA campaigns.
- Monitor and improve ratings & reviews strategy.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements.
- Optimize landing pages for conversion and ranking.
- Define SEO keyword strategy.
- Collaborate with partners to scale organic web traffic.
- Improve Web-to-App funnel performance.
- Build dashboards to track ASO & SEO performance.
- Automate reporting processes.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- 4–7+ years experience in ASO and/or SEO for mobile apps.
- Strong experience in subscription-based apps or mobile-first products.
- Proven track record of improving store rankings and conversion rate.
- Solid understanding of App Store & Google Play algorithms.
- Experience with ASO tools (AppTweak, SensorTower, Data.ai, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset.
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC).
- Comfortable working with data and automation tools.
