Aruba Specialist - TDA /POC Lead (Onsite)

Description – Aruba Network Architect / PoC Lead (Freelance Contract)

Location: Tremblay-en-France (Onsite)

Contract: 2 Months (Possible Extension)

Role Overview

Seeking an Aruba Network Architect/PoC Lead to design and execute a campus network Proof of Concept (PoC) using Aruba OEM technologies, including EVPN‑VXLAN Fabric, Classic VRF/UBT design, Aruba Central, ClearPass, and Mobility Gateway.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-level design for EVPN‑VXLAN fabric and VRF‑UBT architectures.
• Prepare and organize full PoC environment using Aruba CX switches, Gateways, and WiFi 7/6 APs.
• Configure and validate LAN, WLAN, and NAC use cases including AAA, segmentation, client isolation, profiling, and fast roaming.
• Lead end-to-end execution of selected use cases (LAN/WiFi dynamic VLANs & Wireless fast roaming).
• Integrate and manage ClearPass for authentication, profiling, and policy enforcement.
• Use Aruba Central for configuration, monitoring, automation, and template deployment.
• Provide documentation, test reports, and technical guidance to customer teams.

Automation & Scripting

• Experience with Python automation (Netmiko, Paramiko, NAPALM), Ansible, Aruba Central & ClearPass APIs.
• Ability to automate configuration, upgrades, compliance checks, and post-change testing.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Aruba CX (83xx/63xx), Aruba Gateways, ClearPass, and Aruba Central.
• Deep knowledge of EVPN‑VXLAN, VRF, UBT, AAA, WLAN design, and enterprise segmentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer‑facing communication skills.
