Aruba Network Engineer - Legal & Insurance

Join a young and dynamic technology and data division within a globally recognised insurance and financial services organisation, launched in 2019 with over 6,700 employees across 14 countries worldwide.

The organization is currently on the lookout for a Network Engineer to join a large-scale network transformation programme covering 500+ sites across 25-30 countries throughout Europe. The ideal candidate will play a role in one of the biggest Cisco to Aruba migrations happening in Europe, joining a fast-moving team with a start needed within the next two weeks. This is a long-term opportunity, sitting inside a 5-year programme with additional headcount planned for next year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hands on configuration and migration work, moving sites from Cisco LAN infrastructure to Aruba networking
• Work across Aruba CX switching, Aruba Wi-Fi, Aruba Central and ClearPass
• Support validation activity to ensure migrated sites are stable and fully operational
• Work across a rolling programme covering 500+ sites in 25-30 countries
• Collaborate with the wider team based out of the main office in Ile-de-France, Paris, plus regional offices in Spain and Portugal
• Attend a local office 2 days per week (Paris, Spain, or Portugal, depending on your base) alongside travel to customer sites across Europe as required

Skills/Must Have:

• Expert level Aruba networking experience across CX, Wi-Fi, Aruba Central and ClearPass
• Proven background in large scale Cisco to Aruba migration projects
• Comfortable working across a multi country, multi site programme
• Based in France, Portugal, or Spain
