Area Supervisor (H/F) - Lussac Les Châteaux

Your Role

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of technicians and operators while ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and operational efficiency. You will act as a key link between field teams, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance activities and continuous improvement of site performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the service team
• Ensure adherence to Vestas processes, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor team performance and promote continuous improvement
• Support the development and training of team members, including safety initiatives
• Manage workforce planning and ensure resource availability
• Oversee reporting, time tracking, and task execution accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

• Demonstrated background leading teams in operational or industrial settings
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems or wind turbine operations
• A safety‑first mindset and commitment to high standards
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a changing environment and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Methodical approach and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency with digital tools (MS Office; SAP or similar systems)
• Well‑developed capability to manage personal responsibilities, accommodate changing requirements, and maintain order
