The role
Area Sales Manager - South of France. In this role you will have a leading position to launch and develop Zeekr in a dedicated portion of the country, ensuring growth and development of sales, network management and brand recognition. At Zeekr, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by offering outstanding service and guidance throughout the chain.
What you will do
- Actively contribute to the Sales Policies and commercial programs creation.
- Build and develop strong relationships with our dealer network, ensuring their needs are understood and their performance is as expected, to develop Zeekr sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build and develop our sales operations in the region, ensuring needs of all stakeholders are understood and met.
- Set and achieve sales targets and commercial policies that contribute to Zeekr’s overall revenue targets, in partnership with our dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate closely with other departments within Zeekr, such as Fleet, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth business operations in the region.
- Organise training and support to dealer sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell the manufacturer's vehicles. This could include product training, sales techniques and customer service training.
- Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Represent the brand Zeekr in automotive summits and major events.
- Create routines, dashboards and KPIs to track and develop sales performance.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the region, identify new opportunities and stay one step ahead of the competition, prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to Zeekr management.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales and network management within the automotive industry, working for an OEM and at dealership, with local connections in the south of France.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships, specifically within sales and network team, internal or external.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- A customer‑oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of fiscal and business‑related aspects of electric vehicles and automotive environments in the market.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French.
