Area Sales Manager (Serbia, Croatia, BiH)

Main Responsibilities

• Continuous direct communication with clients and efficient account management in the area of responsibility to close profitable agreements
• Mapping new markets, approaching new potential clients and closing profitable agreements
• Drafting and sending offers to customers according to their requirements and needs and performing follow up communication
• Continuous collaboration and exchange of information with Service Engineers regarding customer management issues
• Immediate updating and related problems solving regarding the delivery and installation of machines and monitoring process progress in communication with the technical department
• Following internal bureaucratic procedures for sales management reporting (daily, weekly and monthly reports)
• Monitoring competition in the country of responsibility and providing briefing to the Management
• Budgeting & Reporting
• Participation in sector exhibitions and corporate training Self‑assessment of annual performance and regular co‑operation with the Managing Director for the implementation of a personal development plan

Candidate Profile

• University degree in the Technical Field or Finance
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of the spoken language in the country of responsibility
• Knowledge of Engineering
• Minimum 3 years in a relevant position (sales of industrial equipment or packaging materials)
• Commitment to qualitative and quantitative targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Work under time pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• Ability to travel frequently in the countries of responsibility and abroad.
