Area Sales Manager (North FR)

The role
Our team is looking for an Area Sales Manager – North France. In this role you will have a leading position to launch and develop Zeekr in a dedicated area of France, ensuring growth and development of sales, network management and brand recognition.
This is what you will do:
- Actively contribute to the Sales Policies and commercial programs creation.
- Build and develop strong relationships with our dealer network, understanding their needs and ensuring their performance is as expected to develop Zeekr sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build and develop our Sales operations in the region, ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are understood and met.
- Set and achieve sales targets and commercial policies that contribute to Zeekr's overall revenue targets, in partnership with our dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate closely with other departments within Zeekr, such as Fleet, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth business operations in the region.
- Organise training and support for dealer sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell the manufacturer’s vehicles. This may include product training, sales techniques, and customer service training.
- Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Represent the Zeekr brand at automotive summits and major events.
- Create routines, dashboards and KPIs to track and develop the sales performance.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the region, identify new opportunities, stay ahead of the competition, and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends for Zeekr management.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in Sales and Network management within the automotive industry, having worked for an OEM and at a dealership.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships, specifically within Sales and Network teams, internally or externally.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- A customer‑oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of the fiscal and business aspects of electric vehicles and the automotive environment in the market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English and French language .
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, automotive technology or a related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience are a plus.
