Area Sales Manager - HVAC

Our client is an international company operating in the HVAC industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across the Lyon and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic resellers and distributors across the assigned region
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to increase the company's market presence and share
• Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive long-term profitability
• Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical support to encourage customer engagement and product adoption

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales through resellers or distributors
• Proven track record of developing business, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
