My client is a renowned company in the HVAC industry and is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join their team and oversee the operations in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic customers across the assigned region
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to increase the company's market presence and share
- Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive long-term profitability
- Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical support to encourage customer engagement and product adoption
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the HVAC industry or a related sector
- Proven track record of developing business, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
