Are you passionate about beauty, fragrances, and international business development?
We are partnering with a fast-growing international beauty company to identify an experienced Area Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving the growth of a prestigious portfolio of brands across international markets.
This position offers the opportunity to manage strategic distributor relationships, influence commercial performance, and contribute directly to the expansion of globally recognized beauty and fragrance brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial activities across assigned international markets through distributor networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, local partners, and key retail stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure effective execution of distribution strategies.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Own the P&L performance of your markets, balancing revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful market execution.
- Support training initiatives and provide distributors with the tools and knowledge required to maximize brand performance.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the identification of new growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in International Sales, Export Management, or Distributor Management within the Beauty industry.
- Previous exposure to Fragrances is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributor-led business models and international market dynamics.
- Experience managing forecasts, budgets, and commercial P&Ls.
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
