Area Sales Manager

North or South Positions Available | Medical Devices | Commercial Expansion

I’m working with an innovative international medical device business that is expanding its commercial team in France and is looking to hire multiple Area Sales Managers across the North and South of France .

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys a consultative sales process , building territory growth, and selling a premium portfolio that combines capital equipment, handheld devices, AI-supported software, and recurring SaaS / subscription revenue . The company has an established international footprint, is present in over 100 countries, and is continuing to scale its commercial presence.

The role

You will take ownership of your territory, drive new business, develop existing accounts, and build relationships across clinics, specialist practices, private groups, and other healthcare environments. The role will suit someone who is commercially driven, credible with customers, and comfortable selling a technical solution with both device and software value.

What they’re looking for

• Experience in medical device sales , capital equipment sales , or other consultative healthcare sales
• Strong territory management and new business skills
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle
• Comfortable selling a technical product with both hardware and software / SaaS elements
• Commercially strong, proactive, and credible with customers
• Fluent French and comfortable in English
• Based in North France or South France
