Area Manager, Northwestern Europe (France & Switzerland)

Phileo, a subsidiary of Lesaffre, seeks an Area Manager Northwestern Europe (France & Switzerland) to lead commercial strategy and drive growth across the region. You will supervise the sales team, develop key accounts, and coordinate training with marketing and technical leaders.

Expect frequent travel (about 60%) to support partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitability. Fluent French and English are required; other languages are a plus.
