Area Manager – DACH & Benelux (German speaker)

We are looking for an Area Manager to lead and develop our business across the DACH & Benelux region , a key area representing a significant share of our International Markets & Partners business.

Your Mission

Drive commercial performance and business growth across the region by developing key customer relationships, executing impactful sales strategies, and expanding our market presence.

What You’ll Do

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for the region
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
• Lead negotiations and ensure effective execution of commercial agreements
• Deliver on sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for product and business development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with Group policies
• Manage commercial risk and support credit management activities

Your Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in sales or key account management in an industrial environment
• Proven experience in the packaging industry (bartop closures is a plus)
• Strong track record in business development and customer management across international markets
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar
• Fluent in German and English (French/Italian is a plus)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial planning skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in an international, matrix environment

Salary range: €55.000 - €65.000 + company car + MBO and benefits
