Experience
- 4–5 Years in sales & marketing of fertilizers, pesticides, or related agri-products
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve area-wise monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise and guide MDOs to execute field-level marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and progressive farmers.
- Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional programs.
- Monitor inventory, ensure timely order booking and payment collection.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and share regular reports with management.
- Support Regional Manager in business planning and expansion strategies.
