Area LLP Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and grow profitably and maintain high customer satisfaction within the area by translating global and regional strategy and initiatives into area product and performance plans, ensuring execution and providing support.
- Implement and cascade global and regional product guidelines within the area in line with the area business plan.
- Optimize and grow the product portfolio within the area (footprint/locations & services), identify market trends, opportunities and customer needs.
- Manage capacity and product offering in accordance with market needs.
- Build bridges between product development, delivery, CX and sales to support relationship management / procurement.
- Lead profitability and pricing management, including price setting and ensuring area pricing compliance with global/regional governance.
- Manage and drive renewals on existing business to optimise P&L performance.
- Improve the performance of the service/product in the area, including business conversion.
- Maximise revenue, EBIT and GP through upselling, cost management and development of new revenue streams for standardised products.
- Strengthen engagement with the global network and drive value through the network.
- Introduce and implement new products (Go Live) for standard products aligned to OIPC definitions.
- Drive performance transparency and continuous improvement culture.
- Coach, motivate, build a high‑performing team; lead by example, inspire and energise the team.
- Drive strong community and collaboration across products and functions across functional and organisational boundaries.
